Customer Support

Functional Requirments:
– Installation and Configuration of software
– Training of software to end users at the customer site
– Master data import-configuration
– Reports configuration as per customer need
– Analyze system and compile system change needs as requested by customer
– Render consulting services and act to ensure customer meets deadlines
– Review and analyze system issues and act suitably
– Inspect changes before the customer performs user acceptance testing
– Sanity testing for pre-production release
– Coordinate with customers to resolve techno-functional issues
– Take client engagement through the deployment

Lifecycle Technical:
– MS Office
– Database – SQL
– Crystal Report (Added advantage) Soft Skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Good Interpersonal communication
