Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or healthcare sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong network in the Mumbai healthcare ecosystem is a plus
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships & Expansion
- Lead the acquisition and onboarding of specialist doctors and healthcare institutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with nursing homes and small hospitals to set up Axoncare outreach clinics
- Own and drive partnership negotiations and formalization processes
2. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to ensure high performance and target achievement
- Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate training and development initiatives
3. Market Intelligence & Growth Planning
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify expansion opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights
- Develop and execute territory expansion strategies aligned with company objectives
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client needs and ensure smooth issue resolution
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define KPIs and track performance metrics across onboarding, partnerships, and revenue goals
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership
