Sales Executive

Sales Executive : 

Year of experience:  3 – 6 Years 

Responsibilities:  

1. As a Sales Executive, will be responsible for driving the selling efforts and building a lasting relationship with our customers through excelling in customer service and selling  
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Healthcare IT sector.  
3. Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare organizations, and related industries.  
4. Leverage existing industry knowledge and experience to promote and sell Healthcare IT solutions, with a focus on Hospital Information Management Software.  
5. Provide deep-mdive product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.  
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to tailor sales strategies accordingly.   
Requirements: 
Maintain a deep understanding of Hospital Management, Insurance Processes at Hospitals, and Clinical Management to effectively address client concerns and requirements.  
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and implementation, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.  
Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.  Proven work experience of a minimum of 3 to 6  years in Healthcare IT Sales.  
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.  
Self-motivated individual with a high level of confidence.  
Preferential consideration for candidates with relevant sales experience in the HealthCare Domain, particularly in Hospital Information Software.  
Ability to handle extreme work peaks and maintain a flexible work approach.  
Sound knowledge of Hospital Management, Insurance Processes at Hospitals, and Clinical Management.  
Experience in handling Hospital Information Software Sales would be preferred
